ORDER

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Ashish Bansal, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he has received demand draft for an amount of Rs.15,49,993/- bearing No.166647 dated 19.01.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of complainant namely Surya Hardware from JD through their counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, as full & final payment in compliance with the order dated 21.04.2022 passed by this Commission in CC/54/2019 and hence under the instructions of complainant/DH, he does not want to proceed with the present execution application further. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
