ORDER

            On perusal of the order sheet dt. 08-08-2011, it discloses that, the learned advocate for Dhr filed a memo of calculation and to release the deposited amount of Rs. 1,15,051/- and after calculation, it was ordered to release an amount of Rs. 1,05,402/- by cheque and this case is coming for to verify the amount payable to Dhr if any. In view of the difference of amount shown in the calculation memo.

            Threafter, from that date till today, except on one having dt. 20-12-2011 both advocates remained absent and not filed calculation memo as order by this Forum on 08-08-2011. No appeal intimation or any kind of order received by us till today. Hence, it appears to us that, parties might not be interested for filing calculation memo as such, keeping this case from 08-08-2011 till this date is unreasonable. Hence, this EP is closed for time being.
