| Final Order / Judgement | The complainant Mr Sanjay Sharma is present today along with his counsel Mr Abdul Halim. The opposite party namely- ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd. (opp. party no-1,2 & 3) side is absent today but they on the last date deposited a cheque bearing no-612021 dtd. 06/07/2018 (ICICI Bank , Mumbai) to the tune of Rs. 1,30,000/- only as an amount of full and final settlement of this proceeding they had done outside this forum . The complainant who is present in person vide petition no-1166/18 agrees to accept the said amount and prays for passing necessary order . The petition is allowed . The cheque be handed over to the complainant on being identified by his ld counsel. Accordingly , this case stands disposed of on compromise. | |
