As per Office report, application for restoration of the revision petition filed by the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 18.1.2013, subject to deposit of Rs.2,500/- as cost. As per Office report, petitioner has sent the demand draft after the expiry of the stipulated period. Under these circumstances, draft be returned to the petitioner with direction to deposit a fresh demand draft, within four weeks. List on 12.8.2013 , the date already fixed.
