learned counsel  appearing for the respondent.

                         This is an application  filed on behalf  of the  applicant/ appellant praying  for some  correction  in the prayer

portion in the appeal memo.

                         Learned counsel appearing  for the respondent has submitted that  he has no objection  against  the prayer

made by the applicant/appellant.

                         In view of the same, appellant is allowed to make necessary correction  in the prayer portion  in the memo appeal.

                        Misc case  is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
