              The parties file haziras. The complainant has filed certain documents as per firisti. Let it be kept with the record.

            The parties file a joint petition of compromise praying for disposal of this case on the basis of compromise petition. Hd. both sides, perused the petition of compromise. The petition of compromise has been signed by the claimant Ashoke Kumar Mondal and his Ld. Lawyer Mr. Taposh Paul. Mr. Pinaki Sengupta Ld. Advocate has signed on behalf of the Op. Mr. Sengupta has filed a paper authorising him to file a compromise petition. Although, the paper is not signed by the person giving the authority. However, Mr. Sengupta submits that having been instructed specifically by the Op has signed the compromise petition, since the dispute has been dissolved by the parties amicably. Under such circumstances, the petition of compromise is accepted the case is disposed of in compromise of the petition of compromise filed by the parties today which do from part of this order.
