                   For the ends of final disposal of this case, the complainant Ashok Mondal is examined in a separate sheet. Perused the petition of complainant along with the statement made by the complainant. It appears that the compromise has been held with free consent without any undue influence misrepresentation or duress. Thus, the compromise is bona fide and in compliance with the statutory direction in this behalf.

                    In view of above the case be and the same is disposed of on compromise. The compromise petition be part of the order.
