Learned counsel Mr. A. Bhattacharjee is present on behalf of the complainants.

Learned counsel Mr. S. Deb is present on behalf of the OPs.

Today is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

It is informed by submitting a petition on behalf of the complainants that an amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- has been deposited in the bank account of the complainant No. 1 by the OPs. Learned counsel of the complainants further submitted that the complainants are satisfied with the amount deposited by the OPs and learned counsel accordingly prays to drop the case.

Since the complainants are satisfied and do not want to proceed with the case any further, conceding to the submission of the learned counsel Mr. Bhattacharjee and considering the prayer submitted on behalf of the complainants, the instant case is dropped.

Thus, the case stands disposed of accordingly.

Furnish copy of this order to the parties free of cost through their engaged learned counsels.
