            Complainant files an application supported by an affidavit praying for withdrawal of the instant case on the ground stated therein. Let the application be registered as MA 334/2021. Copy served.

            The impugned application is taken up for hearing.

Heard both sides. Perused the impugned prayer coupled with photocopy of the demand draft of Rs. 50,000/-. On perusal of the application, it appears that the dispute between the parties have been settled out of the Commission and in terms of the settlement the OP paid an amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the complainant vide DD No. 402698 dated 06.03.2021 drawn on ICICI Bank. Hence, the prayer for withdrawal of the case.

            Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with photocopy of demand draft dated 06.03.2021, it appears that the dispute in question between the parties have been settled out of the Commission and in terms of settlement the OP paid Rs. 50,000/- to the complainant. The complainant has no grievance against the OP. Thus, we are inclined to allow the prayer of the complainant. Complainant is permitted to withdraw the consumer complainant.

Thus, MA being No. 334/2021 is disposed of.

            Consequently, the consumer case is disposed of .

            Complainant also files another application supported by an affidavit praying for return the original documents lying on the record on the ground stated therein. Copy served. Let the application be registered MA No. 333/2021.

            The impugned application is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides. Perused the impugned application coupled with the record. True is that the complainant and the OP settled the dispute out of the commission and the complainant has withdraw the case. Therefore, there is no reason to disallow the prayer of the complainant. The original documents, if any lying with the record be returned to the complainant or his authorized Advocate against proper identification and receipt.

            Thus MA being No.333/2021 is disposed of.
