                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 suffered a statement that in above case full and final settlement has been effected with the opposite party in Rs.2,47,000/- (Rupees two lakh forty seven thousand only) and above payment will be made to the complainant within 60 days.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has read and heard the above statement. He further stated that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection if the matter is disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat with direction to opposite parties to make the aforesaid payment of Rs.2,47,000/- (Rupees two lakh forty seven thousand only) within 60 days failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 07.03.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
