                   Sh.Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for opposite parties.

                   File put up today on the application of ld. counsel for the complainant  for settlement. Ld. counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that they have settled the matter with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.443928/-(Rupees Four lac forty three thousand nine hundred and twenty eight  only) and the opposite parties will pay the alleged amount to the complainant within 60 days, failing which they will be liable to make settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a from the date of order.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the above statement and has no grievances against respondents. Matter be decided  in the light of statement made by counsel for the opposite parties.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled, with direction to the opposite parties to  pay the alleged amount of Rs.443928/-( Rupees Four lac forty three thousand nine hundred and twenty eight  only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of decision till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
