Final Order / Judgement

                             Smt. Sharda Devi Vs. ICICI Lombard

 

Present:       Sh.Rajesh Sharma, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for opposite party No.1.

 

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that opposite party No.1 had taken the plea in its written statement that insurance company has not received the documents. So he has submitted the original claim form and documents on behalf of the complainant to the counsel for the insurance company before this Commission and a copy of the same is also placed on case file.  It is prayed that the case may kindly be decided on this primary stage accordingly.

                   On the other hand ld. counsel for the opposite party No.1 made a statement that he has received the documents(33 pages) on behalf of opposite party No.1 and the same will be sent to the company.

                   In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party no.1 is directed to settle the claim of the complainant within 45 days. However, complainant is at liberty to file the case afresh if not satisfied with the decision of the company(opposite party No.1). Original documents exhibits submitted by both the parties shall be returned to them after due compliance. Complaint is disposed or accordingly.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
