Learned counsel Sh. J.K. Jain for the appellant has appeared before the Commission, whereas learned counsel Sh. Yogesh Sethi for respondents has appeared through video conferencing.

Both the counsel have stated that a compromise (paper Nos. 87 & 88) has arrived between the parties and it was filed before the Commission on 11.03.2022.

Both the counsel have accepted the terms and conditions of the compromise, hence the compromise is hereby accepted. 

As per the terms of compromise, the appeal is hereby decided accordingly.  No order as to costs. 

          The compromise shall form part of the order.

          Let the record be consigned.

Record of the District Commission be returned to the concerned District Commission.
