Both the parties are agreed to settle the dispute amicably in between them.

Perused the case record including their consumer dispute.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

1.      that above referred case is settle today between the claimants and Insurance Company for a sum of Rs.66,000/-(Sixty Six Thousand Only) towards full & final settlement.

2.      The O.P shall pay Rs.66,000/-(Sixty Six Thousand Only) to the complainant within 20 days from this day by cheque/cash.

3. If the Insurance Company fail to comply this order within 20 days from this day the complainant shall have the liberty to move to appropriate Commission that the case No:C.C-30/2022 and the same is allowed on compromise in between the parties as agreed by them.
