Today, the case is fixed for arguments, but the learned counsel for the opposite parties has made a statement recorded separately that he hereby on behalf of the opposite parties offer to settle the claim of the complainant at Rs.29,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim and the amount will be paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered statement that he has heard the aforesaid statement of the counsel for the opposite parties and accept the offer on behalf of the complainant to settle the claim of the complainant at Rs. 29,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim and further stated that the present complaint may be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
