ORDER Order Below Exhibit 1 PER SHRI. S.B.DHUMAL - HON’BLE PRESIDENT :          Read order passed below delay condonation of application. Even according to the Complainant, delay of more than 2 years and 11 months is caused in filing of this complaint. The Complainant has failed to assign sufficient ground to condone the delay. Therefore, delay condonation application no.03/2011 is rejected. Hence, present complaint is dismissed as it is hopelessly barred by law of limitation. No order as to cost.
