The complainant has filed this consumer complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. As there is delay, the complainant has filed application for condonation of delay.    Heard Mr.Ganesh Shikhare-Advocate for the complainant and Ms.Priti Pandey-Advocate for the opponent. The opponent has not filed any reply to the condonation of delay application. The deceased died on 3^rd October, 2005 and the complaint is filed on 10^th February, 2014. There is no prima facie evidence showing that claim form was submitted within time limit as per the Government Resolution. There is no proper reason to condone the delay. Hence, the application filed by the complainant for condonation of delay is hereby rejected. Consequently, the complaint stands dismissed. Parties are left to bear their own costs. Inform the parties accordingly.
