     Mr.U.B. Wavikar, Advocate for the Complainant.  Advocate Ms.Sheetal Patil, proxy for Mr.A.S. Vidyarthi, Advocate for the Opponent.  She files authority letter.  Taken on record.  Legal Manager – Mr.Kailash Singh Vithal of the Opponent Insurance Company is also present.  Advocate Mr.V. Mannadiar present for intervener.  Parties are arrived at compromise outside the Commission. The Complainant has filed pursis and informed that the Complainant has received amount of `24,25,000/- from the Opponent.  Xerox copy of pay-order is affixed with the pursis.  Affidavit of Mr.Winston Fernandes, Director of Complainant Company – M/s.ESS Infraproject Pvt. Ltd., filed along with pursis.  Advocate Mr.Wavikar for the complainant has submitted that Complainant has received amount under settlement and the Complainant has no grievance.  In view of settlement between the parties outside the Commission complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.  Parties to bear their own costs.
