CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF
CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.
Whereas, the Additional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No.4 of 2009 has passed the order on 10/05/2012. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, unpaid balance amount of Rs.5,422/- with @9% interest from 02/07/2009 till realisation of the amount. Due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No.379 of 2005 on 16/07/2008 and that the Collector of Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai -400 051 shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgement Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.
Further, the Collector shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgement Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.
