Even according to the Complainant, delay of more than 2 years and 1 month is caused in filing of this complaint. The Complainant has failed to assign sufficient ground to condone the delay. Therefore, delay condonation application No.51/2010 is rejected. Hence, present complaint is dismissed as it is hopelessly barred by law of limitation. No order as to cost.
