Case called out.  None is present on behalf of the complainant.  Learned counsel for the opposite parties is present.

The order sheet indicates that the matter was fixed for adducing the complainant’s evidence on 05.02.2015 positively by the next date fixed.  Inspite of giving several opportunities to the complainant, the evidence has not been adduced as yet.

This Commission, vide order dated 30.03.2015, directed that in case if the complainant fails to adduce the evidence by today, i.e. 07.04.2015, then the opportunity to adduce the evidence shall be closed.

Today, inspite of the repeated calls none has appeared on behalf of the complainant, therefore, we do not have any other option except to dismiss the consumer complainant in default of the complainant.

Accordingly, the consumer complainant is dismissed in default of the complainant.
