Counsel for both sides are present. Heard.

              By this order we are going to dispose of the Petition filed by the complainant/applicant under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 151, 152 and 153 o fhte C.P.C to review the judgment. It is stated that in para 35 of the Judgment of CC No.15/2017 this Commission has directed the opposite party/Insurance Company to pay the workshop of the complainant the repairing cost of the vehicle not exceeding Rs 7,26,895/- the applicant/complainant has sought for review of the judgment and to direct the opposite party/insurance Co to pay said amount to the complainant directly in place of his workshop of the complainant.

         The opposite party has submitted that they have no objection if the judgment is reviewed.

         The Commission can review the judgment only if there is error apparent on the face of the record.

         We have carefully gone through the copy of judgment enclosed along with the petition. The direction given to the Insurance company to pay the repairing cost to the workshop of the complainant directly is not an error apparent on the face of the record and there is no ground for review of the judgment and as such this petition is rejected and this case is disposed of accordingly.
