Sh.Amit Bhatia,Adv.counsel for the opposite parties got recorded his statement as per the instructions of the opposite parties that the opposite party undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.2,90,000/- towards the claim of the complainant as full and final settlement inclusive of interest and costs within 30 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.S.K.Davessar,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that complainant is ready to accept a sum of Rs.290000/- towards his claim as full and final settlement. As such, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn in terms of statement of the opposite parties. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. Parties shall be bound by their statements. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
