The dispute between the parties has since been settled and an amount of Rs. 38,000/- to be paid by the OP  to the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim. The OP undertakes to make the payment within 30 days from the date of Order to the complainant. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be  consigned to the record room.
