Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- which was approved by Complainant. OP shall make the payment within 03 weeks from 26/04/2024. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
