Complaint presented today. Office report perused wherein Assistant Registrar of the Commission reported that the present complaint is beyond limitation but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that there is a technical defect in the complaint and he wants to withdraw the same with permission to file a fresh on same cause of action after rectifying the defects in the present complaint and requested for granting permission in this regard. He further stated that original documents attached with the complaint may also be returned and present complaint may kindly be filed.

                    In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action after rectifying the defects in the complaint is granted. Original documents attached in the file may be returned to the complainant after retaining photocopy of the same on the court file under proper receipt. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
