                   File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant for recording statements of counsel for parties as a compromise has been effected between the parties. Learned counsel for the op has suffered a statement that op will pay an amount of Rs.40,000/- as full and final settlement of claim to the complainant within two months. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that above said statement is acceptable to him and in view of the said statement, he does not want to further proceed with the present complaint and complaint may be disposed of as per statements. In view of the statements of learned counsel for parties, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. The op shall pay the above said amount of Rs.40,000/- to the complainant within 60 days from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.40,000/- from op alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
