Lakhbir Versus  ICICI etc.

Present:     Complainant in person along with Sh. Om Parkash Pruthi, Advocate for complainant.

                Shri Gaurav Gupta, Advocate for applicant/OPs.

                               

                As per the statement given by Sh Gaurav Gupta , Advocate for Ops and statement of Sh Om Parkash Paruthi, Advocate for complainant alongwith Complainant Lakhbir Singh vide which it has been stated that both the parties have settled the case for a sum of Rs.20,000/- as full and final Payment.

                Vide this statement, the aforesaid amount shall be  th paid by the Ops within a period of 45 days , failing which the company shall be entitled to pay interest at the rate of 9% per annum with the effect from the date of the filing Of the case  till its realization.

                 The case is disposed of accordingly as per the statement given by both the parties who shall remain bound by their statement dated 10.07.2024. File be consigned to the record room,after due compliance.
