Complainant has filed an application seeking permission to repair his vehicle in question from the authorized service center, i.e. Swaroop Motors, Patparganj, Delhi where his vehicle is lying from 28.06.2023 in a damage condition. Complainant submits that he be allowed to get it repair at his own expenses from the same authorized service center, subject to outcome of the present complaint.

Considering the fact and the circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed without pre-judice to the rights of parties. Whether the present complaint would be allowed or not depend upon the merit of the case and the claim for adjusting the expenditure in the repair of the vehicle of the said vehicle shall be decided subject to the outcome of the present complaint.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to the Complainant.
