Present:       Complainant in person.

ORDER

                   File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel for the OP no.1.

                   Learned counsel for the OP no.1 has made a statement that the insurance company has compromised the said complaint with the complainant for full and final settlement of Rs.5,55,750/-. The insurance company shall deposit the said amount within 45 days from the date of this order.

                   The complainant has made a statement that he has read and heard the above-mentioned statement given by learned counsel for the OP no.1. According to that, the matter has been full & final settled in Rs.5,55,750/-.                        Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for OP no.1 and complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off with the direction the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company shall make the payment of Rs.5,55,750/- within 45 days from the date of passing of the order, if the insurance company fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 45 days, the insurance company shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of passing of the order till payment.

                         Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. It is directed that both the parties shall remain bound by their own statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned after due compliance.
