ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OP, Shri Khushru Parwez has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid an amount of Rs. 1,60,000/- vide cheque no. 538291 dated 23.11.2017 as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
