ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The opposite party is directed to send the proforma of affidavit and indemnity bond to be executed by the complainant to the complainant's Mysore address within 10 days from the date of receipt of this order. The complainant shall execute these documents and return them to opposite party within 10 days. Thereafter the opposite party shall issue the duplicate bond certificates at his cost and send it to the complainant within a month to the complainant. The opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.500/- as compensation and Rs.200/- as costs of prosecuting the complaint to the complainant within 2 months from the date of receipt of this order. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
