Today matter is listed for final arguments. However, counsel for Complainant is not available. Main prayer of the complaint is with regard to the restoration of the Insurance Policy but admittedly complainant already died on 08.06.2022 and Complainant himself was the Mater Policy Holder who has expired and no such prayer can be granted to the LR of the complainant. Therefore, Complaint is dismissed as abated. File be consigned to record room.
