A joint application has been filed by both the parties stating that the matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 48,000/- as full and final settlement. OP is directed to make the payment of settlement amount in the form of DD favoring “GANGANDEEP SINGH” within 30 days from the date of orders.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
