Present:       Sh. Sham Sunder Sharma, complainant along with Sh. Prem Sagar, Advocate.

                   Sh. Sham Sunder Sharma, complainant appeared alongwith Sh. Prem Sagar, Advocate made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
