ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed against O.P.1 and 2 only and dismissed against O.P.3. O.P.1 and 2 are directed to make serious efforts to trace out the original documents within 2 months from the date of receipt of this order and return the same in person to the complainant by obtaining his acknowledgement. If O.P.1 and 2 return the original documents their liability is fixed only at Rs.10,000/- and cost of Rs.1,000/- on the ground of deficiency in service and mental agony. Such amount be paid to the complainant within two months. If O.P.1 and 2 fail to return the original documents as per above order, they are directed to issue a letter in writing as under: 1. Xerox copies of all documents should be delivered to the complainant with attestation of O.P.1 and 2. 2. P.P.1 and 2 shall certify in writing that original documents are either misplaced or lost at there end. 3. In such case O.P.1 and 2 are directed to pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant towards damages for mental agony, cost for rebuilding and documents etc. Such amount shall within one month, failing which the complainant would b eentitled for further damages at the rate of Rs.1,000/- per month. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.1 and 2 by RPAD and to others under C.O.P.
