          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to issue No Due Certificate along with related documents and also to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

       

       

 

Proof affidavit of the both complainant and opposite party not filed for long time.   Hence proof affidavit of both parties closed.   Since the complainant has not proved the complaint by way of filing proof affidavit, this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
