 On 16.03.2017 counsel for complainant has moved an application for withdrawal of the present complaint along with copy of settlement letter  issued by OP bank      wherein complainant states that he wants to withdraw this complaint because the parties have   settled the matter and nothing remains in this complaint and he had paid all the dues and no balance  payment has remained on its part. Both the parties mutually decided the case and no more dispute is left between the parties. Hence the case is  disposed of as settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law.
