Matter was passed over. On the second call also, none is present on behalf of petitioner. On the last date of hearing, Learned counsel for petitioner sought time to file certain documents. He was given four weeks time. However, documents have still not been filed. Since, there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner nor documents have not been filed within prescribed period, as sought by petitioner, under these circumstances, present petition stands dismissed in default.
