ORDER

Heard complainant and perused the records. This execution petition is filed under section 25 of the C.P. Act 1986 for recovery of the amount from O.P.s 1 and 2, on the ground of non-compliance. The execution petition is transferred to the Deputy Commissioner, Mysore for recovery of the amount as per order under section 25(3) of the C.P. Act 1986 as against O.P.1. Issue necessary certificate, accordingly.
