Alongwith application dated 10.2.2010 the complainants have filed copy of the order dated 21.1.2010 which would show that the matter was -2- settled before the District Forum. It appears that none of the parties is present today due to that settlement. Relief claimed in the application can only be considered only by the District Forum. Revision petitions are, therefore, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. At this stage Mr. Kunal Verma, Advocate and Mr. R. Srivastava have appeared for the petitioners in R.P. No.3771 of 2009 and respondents in R.P. No.4414 of 2009. They have been apprised of the order.
