No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. Sri Shyam Kumar Rai, learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 is present.
A perusal of the record shows that the complaint was filed against G.I.C. Housing Finance Limited but the present appeal has been filed against the I.C.I.C.I. Bank and also Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited.
The appeal also being defective, several opportunities have been given to the appellant to remove the defects but neither the defects have been removed by the appellant; nor anybody is appearing on behalf of the appellant, which discloses that the appellant is reluctant to proceed with the appeal, hence the appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
