The advocate for O.Ps is present and submitted that, the O.Ps have already closed the loan account of the complainant as per settlement and also filed loan account details dated 27.06.2023 on 14.07.2023. The copy was acknowledged by the complainant. The complainant is found absent on repeated calls and no steps taken today. On perusal of the case record it is found that, the complainant is absent since 31.07.2023 consistently and no steps have been taken by the 

complainant so far. The complainant probably does not want to proceed further in the present case.

Hence the case is dismissed for non prosecution.

This case is disposed of accordingly.
