(1)               None is present for the appellant.  Adv.Mannadiar is present for the respondent no.1.  On 19/07/2012, the appellant was directed to issue a notice before admission to the respondent no.2 within a period of 7 days.  However, he has not complied with the order and today he is not present.  From the perusal of the roznamas, it is seen that the appellant is not willing to proceed with the matter.  Hence, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
