Videocon Towers Second Floor, Block E 1, Jahandewal Extension, New Delhi 110005. 3. ICICI Bank through its Branch Manager, Loan Department, SCO No.151-152, Sector 9-C, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh. – Opposite Parties Present: Sh.S.K.Guleria, Advocate for Complainant. Sh.Himendra Pal Singh, Legal Manager on behalf of OPs with counsel Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs. Dated, the 30th day of July, 2010. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Himendra Pal Singh, Legal Manager on behalf of OPs with counsel Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OPs will pay Rs.75,000/- to the complainant and issue NOC with respect to the vehicle in dispute, within two weeks from today i.e. 30.7.2010. Nothing is due against Loan A/c No.LACHD00007072721 pertaining to complainant and Rs.2,25,000/- will be paid to the complainant at the time when the FIR is quashed by the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court. Statement of Sh.S.K.Guleria, Advocate for Complainant. I accept the above statement given by Sh.Himendra Pal Singh, Legal Manager of OPs with his counsel Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate. The complainant will have no claim on the vehicle and assist the OP bank for getting superdari of the vehicle in dispute. Futher, the complainant and Sh.Dheeraj Sharma, who is complainant in the FIR registered against bank officials of ICICI Bank shall suffer a statement in the Hon’ble High Court regarding the compromise made in the matter. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly” 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OPs would pay Rs.75,000/- to the complainant & issue NOC with respect to the vehicle in dispute, within two weeks from today i.e. 30.7.2010 and Rs.2,25,000/- would be paid to the complainant at the time when the FIR is quashed by the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court.
