Consensus has been arrived at between the parties.

                    At the time of arguments, Counsel  for respondents No.2 and 3 Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate very fairly states that respondents No.2 and 3 shall make payment of an amount of Rs.1 lac to the appellants towards full and final settlement of their claim towards two policies bearing Nos.16740160 and 16740999.

                    The above proposal is acceptable to Sh.Satnam Singh, appellant in person and on behalf of appellant No.2.

                    We appreciate the stand taken by Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, Counsel  for respondents No.2 and 3 and dispose of this appeal giving respondents No.2 and 3 one month time to make the payment to the appellants.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
