This appeal has been received by transfer from Bench No. II.

None is present on behalf of the appellant.  Sh. Nitin Kumar, learned counsel for respondent is present.

Perusal of record reveals that vide order dated 14.02.2023 passed by Bench No. II, the application moved by respondent – bank was allowed and it was held that the consumer complaint was not maintainable before the District Commission and the District Commission had no right to entertain and decide the consumer complaint.

The present appeal has been filed by the appellant / complainant against the dismissal of his consumer complaint by the District Commission vide impugned judgment and order dated 25.07.2015.

In the light of aforesaid order dated 14.02.2023, there remains nothing to be decided in this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.

Let the record be consigned.
