Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 11.10.2021. On the last date of hearing last and final opportunity was granted to complainant to provide loan A/c number of complainant however Complainant has not appeared today. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
