File taken up today, on the application moved by complainant wherein he has stated that compromise has been effected between the parties and thus, he wants to withdraw the present complaint. Statement of the complainant also recorded before the Commission, wherein he has stated on oath that matter stands settled with the Ops and thus, he does not want to pursue the complaint further and requested for dismissing the same.

In view of the statement so tendered by complainant duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cots. File be consigned to the record room , after due compliance.
