                        The learned counsel for complainant has appeared and made statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he has received “No Due Certificate” dated 15.5.2010 in the name of complainant on account of settlement of loan account No.LICHD00009099299 from the OPs and hence he withdraws the present complaint as satisfied. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
